How can I achieve the perfect airbrush tan?
We want you to have the best experience possible with your Allure Sunless Tan! Shower, Shave, exfoliate, and wear no lotions, make up, or deodorant before your airbrush tan. If you are getting a manicure, pedicure, or waxing, do so at least 24 hours before your spray tan. We recommend Infinity Exfoliant which can be purchased at our studio. This will ensure proper exfoliation and Ph balancing of the skin so you have a great airbrush tan “base”. Be sure to wear dark, loose clothing to your spray session to prevent smears and stains. If it's raining outside the day of your service, bring an umbrella and try to avoid getting wet.

How can I effectively exfoliate prior to my airbrush tan?
We recommend Infinity Exfoliant which can be purchased at our studio. This will ensure proper exfoliation and Ph balancing of the skin so you have a great airbrush tan “base”.

A helpful tip: If you don’t have a loofa or an exfoliator lotion, a wash rag works well to exfoliate dead skin cells from your body and face.

What if I need my tan for a special event?
If you are tanning for a special event like a wedding, we recommend a trial session two weeks prior to event to ensure that you have the color and results you desire.

What will be my airbrush tanning experience once I arrive?
After explaining the color you are looking for, you will undress. Offering you a comfortable, discreet and CUSTOM airbrush tan is what we do best! For your airbrush tan you may wear as little (or as much) as you like while being sprayed, depending on your comfort level. Undergarments and swimwear are optional. Disposable thongs and bras are available for purchase. Men are required to wear an undergarment while being sprayed. Please remember the product may stain some nylon, silk or wool but washes out of everything else. The spraying process takes about five minutes and then an additional five minutes to dry. Please expect to be at our studio for approximately thirty minutes.

I want my airbrush tan to last. What’s the best way to extend my healthy, golden tan?
Do not shower or sweat excessively for at least 6-8 hours. Starting the day after your tan, stay moisturized! When showering, don’t scrub harshly, use liquid body soap (it’s more gentle than bar soap), and refrain from using water that’s too hot. Spray tan color will fade evenly and naturally and last for up to 14 days. For best results use Infinity Extend Lotion to add longevity to your tan. A follow-up airbrush tan at the end of the 14 days is recommended. We also have Infinity Sun Glow on the Go for purchase which is great for touch ups and for traveling.

Should pregnant women tan?
Our client base does indeed include pregnant women.  The active ingredient in sunless tanning products, sugar, has never been tested specifically on pregnant women. However, this ingredient has been FDA approved and safely used in skin care, make-up,  and sunless tanning products for over 30 years. Due to the variety of changes that occur to women during a pregnancy, we do request that all clients get the “ok” from their OBGYN prior to their sunless tanning session.
